I enlisted into the United States Marine Corps Reserves looking to expand my knowledge in the trades in which I learned how to maintain aspects of helicopters. It was that same drive that led me to the field of welding which quickly became a passion of mine. I attended Universal Technical Institute and graduated with honors and soon after earned my certification for structural welding following the American Welding Society code and standards. As my passion grew I had gone out to earn my certification for high pressure piping under the ASME high pressure piping code and standards in which I passed. At my current full time job I strive for difficult and complex projects which make me think and learn about new ways of fabricating structures or piping. Some of my accomplishments include fabricating a utility trailer, support structures for chemical storage tanks, and support members for piping systems.
